Granvia Group LLC (“Granvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this E-Sign Consent to enable electronic transactions for our educational membership services. By proceeding, you agree to conduct business electronically with Granvia. This consent covers all agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, renewals, and cancellations related to your membership. Please read carefully and consult legal counsel if needed.
1. Electronic Records Disclosure & Consent
Doing Business Electronically
By checking the box below, you agree that Granvia may provide you with agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other records electronically through your account portal, email, or text message.
Hardware/Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you need:
A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Internet access
A valid email address
A device capable of downloading or printing PDF files
We recommend keeping copies of all records for your files. PDFs are available for download in your account portal at no cost.
Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy at any time by emailing [email protected]. A nominal fee of $5.00 may apply for mailing and processing. Digital PDFs remain available free in your portal.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent to receive electronic records by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal may delay or prevent online enrollment, account changes, or cancellations. We will confirm your withdrawal and provide alternative delivery options.
Updating Contact Information
Please maintain current email and mobile information in your Account → Profile settings or contact support to update.
Acknowledgment
By consenting, you confirm you have the ability to access, read, and retain electronic records.
2. Electronic Signature Consent
By checking the box below and typing your full name, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten “wet ink” signature under the ESIGN Act and UETA.
Monthly Excellence: $12/month, billed on enrollment date and every 30 days thereafter until canceled
Annual Prestige: $99/year, billed annually on enrollment anniversary until canceled
Payment Authorization
You authorize Granvia to charge your selected payment method (credit/debit card) for the chosen plan, beginning on the enrollment date and recurring until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through Account → Billing → Cancel or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; see our Membership Terms for refund policies.
Price Changes & Plan Updates
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes via email and your account portal. Continuing membership after notice constitutes acceptance. You may switch plans or cancel anytime in your portal.
4. Communications Consent
We will send essential transactional communications (account updates, billing notices, service alerts) via email and/or SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
5. Credit Reporting Disclosure
Granvia is an educational platform and does not currently offer payment-history reporting to credit bureaus. This feature is planned but not active. If implemented in the future, participation will be entirely optional and require separate, explicit opt-in consent at that time. We make no guarantees about credit impact.
6. Service Description & Acknowledgments
Granvia Group LLC provides financial education courses, membership resources, templates, and checklists. We are not a lender, do not extend credit, and do not provide credit repair services or guarantees of financial outcomes. Your results may vary based on individual circumstances.
Recordkeeping: You may download or print this consent form and linked documents before proceeding. A PDF copy will be emailed to you and available in your account.
