Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Granvia Group LLC (“Granvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) made at granviagroupllc.com for our educational courses, memberships, templates, checklists, and related content (the “Services”).
1) Summary
- 7-day window for first-time purchases if you haven’t made significant use (defined below).
- No prorated refunds after the window. Access continues until the current paid term ends.
- Annual renewals: 7-day grace if there’s been no significant use since renewal.
- Trials/promos: Non-refundable; convert to paid unless canceled before renewal.
2) Eligibility
You may request a refund for a first-time purchase within 7 calendar days of the transaction if you have not made significant use of the Services.
“Significant use” means any one of the following (as recorded by our systems):
- Viewing or completing more than 20% of lessons in any course; or
- Downloading 2 or more templates/checklists; or
- Using gated member tools (e.g., calculators/worksheets) on 2 or more occasions.
Refunds are not available for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with style, or failure to use the Services after access is granted.
3) Annual Plans & Renewals
Annual plans renew automatically each year unless canceled. For an annual renewal you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the renewal date provided there has been no significant use since renewal. Original annual purchases follow the same 7-day rule.
4) Trials & Promotions
Trials and promotional offers are non-refundable and will convert to the standard paid plan at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel beforehand. The trial length and post-trial price are disclosed at sign-up.
5) Technical Issues
If a persistent technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within 48 hours of your written notice to [email protected], we may provide a refund or credit for the affected period. You agree to cooperate with basic troubleshooting (e.g., screenshots, device/browser details).
6) Non-Refundable Items
- Membership charges outside the stated windows.
- Downloaded or accessed digital materials above the “significant use” threshold.
- One-time add-ons, consults, or gift purchases once delivered.
- Partial periods (no prorations).
7) How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] within the applicable window with your name, order email, and reason.
- We’ll review and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days (bank/processor timing may vary).
8) Cancellations (No Refunds After Window)
You may cancel anytime from your account (Account → Billing → Cancel) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the current paid term.
9) Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We may dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this Policy, and access may be suspended while a dispute is pending.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with the updated date above.
